Report Generator - Options Menu

You use the OPTIONS menu in the Report Generator to:

• set control breaks for a report - refer to "Options - Control Breaks"
• set report parameters and options - refer to "Options - Options"
• set global report options - refer to "Options - Global Options"
• select which records to include in or exclude from a report (method 1)- refer to "Options - Detail Selection"
• define report relations - refer to "Options - Relations"
• select which records to include in or exclude from a report (method 2) - refer to "Options - Select "
• sort the data in a report (method 1) - refer to "Options - Index"
• specify whether blank lines can appear in any of the different line types of a report - refer to "Options - Blank Lines"
• sort the data in a report (method 2) - refer to "Options - Sort"
• add or edit an SQL field to a report - refer to "Options - SQL"
• select a font and font size for the report to be printed in - refer to "Options - Fonts and Margins"
• allow or deny access to a report for specific users - refer to "Options - Security"
• set default file naming for the report - refer to "Options - Default File Naming".
